여권법 시행령 제2조(여권의 규격 등)

① 여권과 「여권법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제14조제1항에 따른 여권을 갈음하는 증명서(이하 "여행증명서"라 한다)의 규격은 가로 8.8센티미터, 세로 12.5센티미터로 한다.

② 여권과 여행증명서(이하 "여권 등"이라 한다)에는 표지의 오른쪽 위에 나라문장(紋章)을 표시하고, 그 아래에 한글 및 로마자로 각각 대한민국의 국호(國號)와 여권 등의 종류를 표기한다. 다만, 법 제7조제1항 각 호의 정보가 전자적으로 수록된 여권의 경우에는 국제민간항공기구에서 정하는 기준에 따라 정보가 전자적으로 수록된 여권임을 상징하는 표식(標識)을 표지의 오른쪽 아래에 추가한다. <개정 2020.12.15>
