Enforcement Rule of the Passenger Transport Service Act, Article 92 (Reports on Inheritance of Terminal Business)

법 제48조에서 준용하는 법 제15조제1항에 따라 터미널사업의 상속신고를 하려는 자는 별지 제47호서식의 여객자동차터미널사업 상속신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 관할관청에 제출하여야 한다.
