Enforcement Rule of the Passenger Transport Service Act, Article 79 (Reports on Terms and Conditions of Use)

① 법 제40조제1항에 따라 사용약관의 신고 또는 변경신고를 하려는 자는 별지 제42호서식의 여객자동차터미널 사용약관 신고(변경신고)서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다.
