Enforcement Rule of the Passenger Transport Service Act, Article 45 (Notification of the Status of Transport Workers)

① 운송사업자(개인택시운송사업의 경우는 제외한다)는 법 제22조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항을 다음 달 10일까지 시ㆍ도지사에게 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 조합은 소속 운송사업자를 대신하여 소속 운송사업자의 운수종사자 현황을 취합ㆍ통보할 수 있다. <개정 2009.12.2, 2017.2.28, 2018.2.12>
