엔지니어링산업 진흥법 시행령 제53조(조합의 총회 등)

① 조합은 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 총회와 이사회를 둔다.

② 조합원은 출자 1좌마다 1개의 의결권을 가진다. 다만, 제47조제2항 전단에 따라 지분을 취득한 조합의 경우에는 그 취득한 지분에 따라 의결권과 선거권을 행사할 수 없다.
