Enforcement Decree of the Engineering Industry Promotion Act, Article 21 (Designation of Engineering Technology Support Centers, etc.)

① 산업통상부장관은 법 제12조제1항에 따른 엔지니어링기술지원센터(이하 "지원센터"라 한다)를 다음 각 호의 기관 중에서 지정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 지원센터로 지정을 받으려는 기관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 전담 인력 5명 이상을 보유하여야 한다. <개정 2012.2.29>

(2) An앤 institution인스티투션 that^ð댓 intends인텐즈 to투 be비 designated데지그네이티드 as애즈 a어 support서포트 center센터 shall섈 have해^v브 at앳 least리스트 five^f파이^v브 dedicated데더케이티드 personnel퍼서넬 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 과학기술 분야의 박사학위를 소지한 사람

1. A어 person퍼슨 holding호울딩 a어 doctoral닥터^r럴 degree디그^r리 in인 the^ð더 field^f필드 of어^v브 science사이언스 and앤드 technology;텍날러지

2. 과학기술 분야의 석사학위 소자자로서 연구기관 또는 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 대학에서 연구원 또는 조교수 이상의 직(職)에 6년 이상 종사한 경력이 있는 사람

3. 과학기술 분야의 학사학위 소자자로서 별표 2에 따른 고급기술자 이상인 사람

4. 학사학위 소지자로서 엔지니어링산업 관련 법인이나 단체에서 엔지니어링기술에 관한 업무에 9년 이상 종사한 경력이 있는 사람

③ 법 제12조제1항에 따른 지원센터의 지정절차에 관하여 필요한 사항은 산업통상부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
