Enforcement Decree of the Engineering Industry Promotion Act, Article 15 (Establishment and Operation of the Engineering Industry Information System)

① 산업통상부장관은 법 제8조제1항에 따른 엔지니어링산업 정보체계(이하 "정보체계"라 한다)의 효율적인 구축과 활용을 촉진하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
