에너지이용 합리화법 제41조(시공업자단체의 설립)

① 시공업자는 품위 유지, 기술 향상, 시공방법 개선, 그 밖에 시공업의 건전한 발전을 위하여 기후에너지환경부장관의 인가를 받아 시공업자단체를 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 시공업자단체는 법인으로 한다.

③ 시공업자단체는 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

④ 시공업자단체의 설립, 정관의 기재사항과 감독에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
