에너지산업융복합단지의 지정 및 육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제11조(에너지산업융복합단지의 지정 해제)

법 제11조제1항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사유"란 다른 법령에 따라 구역ㆍ지역ㆍ지구 등으로 지정하려는 경우로서 해당 법령에 따른 개발계획 및 토지이용계획 등을 고려할 때 에너지산업융복합단지로 존치할 필요가 없는 경우를 말한다.
