언론중재 및 피해구제 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(보도물 등의 공개)

① 언론ㆍ인터넷뉴스서비스 및 인터넷 멀티미디어 방송의 보도 또는 매개(이하 "언론보도등"이라 한다)로 피해를 입은 자는 법 제14조제1항 본문에 따라 정정보도를 청구하기 위하여 언론보도등의 원본이나 사본 및 언론보도등의 배열에 관한 전자기록의 열람 또는 복사를 해당 언론사ㆍ인터넷뉴스서비스사업자 및 인터넷 멀티미디어 방송사업자(이하 "언론사등"이라 한다)에게 신청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 신청을 받은 언론사등은 피해를 입은 자가 피해사실과 관계가 없는 자료의 열람 또는 복사를 요청하는 등 그 요청을 거부할 만한 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 응하여야 한다. 이 경우 해당 언론사등은 복사에 드는 비용을 받을 수 있으며, 그 비용의 결정기준을 해당 언론사등이 운영하는 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시하여야 한다.
