Enforcement Rule of the Fishing Villages and Fishing Ports Act, Article 12-4 (Permission for Use before Completion)

법 제25조의3제3항 단서 및 영 제27조의4제1항에 따라 비지정권자 또는 법 제23조제3항에 따라 지정권자와 협의를 한 국가기관의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장이 준공 전 사용의 신고를 하거나 준공 전 사용의 허가를 받으려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 관련 서류를 지정권자에게 제출해야 한다.
