어장관리법 제12조의2(이행강제금)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제12조제4항에 따른 명령을 받고 그 정한 기간 내에 명령을 이행하지 아니한 자에게 어장 규모 등을 고려하여 250만원 이하의 이행강제금을 부과한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제12조제4항에 따른 최초의 명령을 한 날을 기준으로 1년에 2회 이내의 범위에서 그 명령이 이행될 때까지 반복하여 제1항에 따른 이행강제금을 부과ㆍ징수할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 이행강제금 부과 금액의 세부 산정기준 등 이행강제금의 부과 및 징수에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
