어장관리법 시행령 제5조의2(어장환경정보망의 구축ㆍ운영 등)

① 해양수산부장관은 어장환경과 관련된 정보를 표준화하고 통합관리 할 수 있도록 법 제6조의2제1항에 따른 어장환경정보망(이하 "어장환경정보망"이라 한다)을 구축하여야 한다.

② 어장환경정보망의 구축 대상이 되는 정보는 다음 각 호와 같다.

③ 해양수산부장관은 어장환경정보망의 이용자가 요청하는 경우 제2항 각 호의 정보 외에 해당 정보를 생산하는 데 기초가 된 자료를 함께 제공할 수 있다. 다만, 해당 자료가 「공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률」 제9조에 따른 비공개 대상 정보이거나 「개인정보 보호법」 제24조에 따른 고유식별정보인 경우에는 제공할 수 없다.
