어선원 및 어선 재해보상보험법 시행령 제50조(보고 및 서류 등의 제출)

① 법 제67조 및 제69조제2항에 따른 보고요구 또는 서류 등의 제출요구는 문서로 한다.

② 법 제67조에 따라 중앙회가 보험가입자, 어선원등 및 회원조합에 제출을 요구할 수 있는 관계서류는 다음 각 호와 같다.

③ 보험가입자는 보험급여의 지급 사유가 되는 재해가 발생하였을 때에는 그 재해의 원인과 내용 및 재해를 입은 어선원등에 관한 사항을 지체 없이 중앙회에 신고하여야 한다.
