어선원 및 어선 재해보상보험법 시행령 제27조의2(자문의사)

① 중앙회는 법 제22조 및 제23조에 따른 직무상 재해 또는 승무(乘務) 중 직무 외 재해에 따른 보험급여의 지급결정이나 그 밖에 보험사업에 필요한 의학적 자문을 하기 위하여 의사, 치과의사 또는 한의사를 자문의사로 위촉할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 자문의사(이하 "자문의사"라 한다)의 자격 및 위촉 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 중앙회가 정한다.
