어선원 및 어선 재해보상보험법 시행령 제22조의2(합병증 등 예방관리 조치대상 등)

① 법 제25조의2에 따른 합병증 등 재요양 사유가 발생할 우려가 있는 사람(이하 "합병증등예방관리대상자"라 한다)은 다음 각 호의 사람으로 한다.

(1) Persons퍼슨즈 who후 are아 at앳 risk^r리스크 of어^v브 experiencing익스피^r리언싱 grounds그^r라운즈 for^f포 renewed^r리누드 medical메더클 care,케어 such서치 as애즈 complications캄플러케이션즈 under언더 Article아터클 25-2 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "persons퍼슨즈 subject서브젝트 to투 preventive프^r리^v벤티^v브 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 complications,캄플러케이션즈 etc."),엣세터^r러 are아 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

② 중앙회는 합병증등예방관리대상자에게 지정의료기관등에서 다음 각 호의 조치를 받게 하고 예산의 범위에서 그 조치비용을 지원할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 may메이 have해^v브 persons퍼슨즈 subject서브젝트 to투 preventive프^r리^v벤티^v브 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 complications,캄플러케이션즈 etc.엣세터^r러 receive^r러시^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 measures메저즈 at앳 designated데지그네이티드 medical메더클 institutions,인스티투션즈 etc.,엣세터^r러 and앤드 support서포트 the^ð더 costs카스츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 measures메저즈 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget:버짓

③ 제2항에 따른 조치비용의 산정기준은 법 제22조에 따른 요양급여의 산정기준에 따른다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 합병증등예방관리대상자의 결정, 조치비용의 지원 및 산정 등에 필요한 사항은 중앙회가 정한다.
