어선법 제31조의7(어선중개업자에 대한 교육)

어선중개업자(법인인 경우에는 대표자와 해당 법인에서 어선중개업에 종사하는 사람을 말한다)는 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해양수산부장관이 실시하는 보수 교육을 받아야 한다.
