Fishing Vessel Act, Article 21 (Inspection of Fishing Vessels)

① 어선의 소유자는 제3조에 따른 어선의 설비, 제3조의2에 따른 복원성의 승인ㆍ유지 및 제4조에 따른 만재흘수선의 표시에 관하여 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 해양수산부장관의 검사를 받아야 한다. 다만, 총톤수 5톤 미만의 무동력어선 등 해양수산부령으로 정하는 어선은 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2013.4.5, 2017.10.31>
