어선법 시행규칙 제60조의3(지정받은 사항의 변경)

① 법 제25조제1항에 따라 지정사업장의 지정을 받은 자가 제60조의2제2항에 따라 확인받은 내용을 변경하려는 경우에는 별지 제54호서식의 지정사업장 지정(변경)신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 해양수산부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.24, 2018.5.1>

② 해양수산부장관은 제1항에 따른 변경내용 및 사유가 지정사업장의 지정기준에 적합한지의 여부를 검토하고 이에 적합한 경우에는 변경사항을 반영하여 별지 제55호서식의 지정사업장 지정서를 신청인에게 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.24, 2018.5.1>
