4. 「수산업법」 제7조에 따른 면허어업 또는 「양식산업발전법」 제10조에 따른 면허 양식업에 사용하기 위하여 「수산업법」 제27조제1항ㆍ제3항 또는 「양식산업발전법」 제41조제1항ㆍ제3항에 따라 관리선으로 지정받거나 승인받은 어선. 다만, 「낚시 관리 및 육성법」에 따른 낚시어선은 제외한다.
