어린이제품 안전 특별법 제41조(벌칙)

1. 제10조의 어린이제품의 수거등의 명령을 따르지 아니한 자

8. 거짓 또는 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제18조제1항에 따른 안전인증 면제를 받은 자

10. 제19조제4항을 위반하여 안전인증표시를 임의로 변경하거나 제거한 자
