Special Act on Safety of Children's Products, Article 39 (Fees)

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수수료를 내야 한다. 다만, 제37조에 따라 그 업무가 위탁된 경우에는 해당 수탁기관에 납부하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

1. 제17조제1항에 따른 안전인증을 신청하는 자

2. 제17조제2항에 따른 안전인증의 변경을 신청하는 자

3. 제17조제6항 본문에 따른 정기검사를 받는 자

4. 제22조제1항에 따른 시험ㆍ검사를 받는 자

5. 제22조제1항에 따른 안전확인 신고(변경신고를 포함한다)를 하는 자
