Special Act on Safety Management of Children's Dietary Life, Article 21-3 (Establishment and Operation of the Dietary Life Safety Management Institute)

① 어린이급식관리지원센터의 통합 운영ㆍ관리와 어린이 식생활의 위생ㆍ안전 및 영양관리 개선에 관한 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행하기 위하여 식생활안전관리원(이하 "식생활안전관리원"이라 한다)을 둔다.

③ 식생활안전관리원에 관하여 이 법에서 규정된 것 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
