어린이놀이시설 안전관리법 제29조(벌칙)

제13조를 위반하여 설치검사 또는 정기시설검사를 받지 아니하였거나 설치검사 또는 정기시설검사에 불합격하거나, 안전진단에서 위험하거나 보수가 필요하다는 판정을 받은 어린이놀이시설을 이용하도록 한 자는 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2016.1.7>
