어린이놀이시설 안전관리법 시행령 제8조의2(설치검사 등에 대한 재검사)

① 제7조제6항에 따른 설치검사의 결과 또는 제8조제7항에 따른 정기시설검사의 결과에 이의가 있는 자는 해당 검사 결과를 통보받은 날부터 15일 이내에 행정안전부령으로 정하는 서류를 갖추어 해당 안전검사기관에 재검사를 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2021.6.22>

② 제1항에 따라 재검사의 신청을 받은 안전검사기관은 신청을 받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 재검사를 실시하고, 그 결과를 신청인에게 알려야 한다.

(2) A어 safety세이^f프티 inspection인스펙션 institution인스티투션 that^ð댓 has해즈 received^r러시^v브드 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 re-inspection^r레이-인스펙션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 conduct칸덕트 the^ð더 re-inspection^r레이-인스펙션 within위^ð딘 one원 month먼^θ스 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 receiving^r러시^v빙 the^ð디 application애플러케이션 and앤드 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 of어^v브 the^ð더 result.^r리절트

③ 안전검사기관은 제2항에 따른 재검사의 결과에 따라 설치검사 또는 정기시설검사의 결과가 변경된 어린이놀이시설에 대해서는 소관 관리감독기관의 장에게 그 결과를 알려야 한다.

④ 안전검사기관은 제2항에 따른 재검사의 결과에 따라 설치검사 또는 정기시설검사에 합격한 어린이놀이시설에 대해서는 설치검사합격증 또는 정기시설검사합격증을 내주어야 한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 재검사에 관한 세부적인 사항은 행정안전부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
