Act on Ensuring and Supporting the Payment of Child Support, Article 18 (Measures to Secure Payment of Child Support)

① 이행관리원의 장은 양육비 이행 지원을 위하여 필요한 경우 양육비 채권자가 「가사소송법」 및 「민사집행법」에 따른 다음 각 호의 신청을 할 때 필요한 법률지원을 하여야 한다.
