Act on Fostering and Supporting the Beekeeping Industry, Article 14 (Succession to Business)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 제13조제1항에 따른 등록을 한 자(이하 이 조에서 "영업자"라 한다)의 지위를 승계한다.

② 제1항에 따라 영업자의 지위를 승계한 자는 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 승계한 날부터 30일 이내에 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 그 사실을 신고하여야 한다.
