약사법 제17조(경비 보조)

보건복지부장관은 약사회 또는 한약사회의 사업이 국민보건 향상에 필요하다고 인정할 때나 약사회 또는 한약사회에 대하여 약사(藥事) 또는 한약사(韓藥事)에 관한 교육ㆍ조사ㆍ연구를 명령하거나 위탁한 경우에는 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 보조할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
