약사법 제10조(수험자의 부정행위)

①국가시험등에서 부정행위를 한 자에 대하여는 그 시험을 정지시키며, 합격 후에 부정행위가 발견된 자에 대하여는 합격을 무효로 한다. <개정 2017.2.8>
