약관의 규제에 관한 법률 제30조(적용 범위)

① 약관이 「상법」 제3편, 「근로기준법」 또는 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 비영리사업의 분야에 속하는 계약에 관한 것일 경우에는 이 법을 적용하지 아니한다.

② 특정한 거래 분야의 약관에 대하여 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 이 법에 따른다.
