Act on the Protection and Management of Wildlife, Article 58-2 (Wildlife Management Association)

① 야생생물의 보호ㆍ관리를 위한 다음 각 호의 사업을 하기 위하여 야생생물관리협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2012.2.1>

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 juristic주어^r리스틱 person.퍼슨

③ 협회의 회원이 될 수 있는 자는 제44조에 따라 수렵면허를 받은 사람과 야생생물의 보호ㆍ관리에 적극 참여하려는 자로 한다.

④ 협회의 사업에 필요한 경비는 회비, 사업수입금 등으로 충당한다.

(4) Expenses익스펜시즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 Association's어소우시에이션즈 projects프^r라젝츠 shall섈 be비 covered커^v버드 by바이 membership멤버쉽 fees,^f피즈 business비즈니스 revenues,^r레^v버누즈 etc.엣세터^r러

⑤ 국가나 지방자치단체는 예산의 범위에서 협회에 필요한 경비의 일부를 지원할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 State스테잇 or오 a어 local로우클 government거^v버먼트 may메이 subsidize서브시다이즈 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð디 expenses익스펜시즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget.버짓

⑥ 기후에너지환경부장관은 협회를 감독하기 위하여 필요하면 그 업무에 관한 사항을 보고하게 하거나 자료의 제출을 명할 수 있으며, 소속 공무원으로 하여금 그 업무를 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26, 2025.10.1>

⑦ 협회에 관하여 이 법에 규정되지 아니한 사항은 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
