야생생물 보호 및 관리에 관한 법률 제22조의9(야생동물 영업 허가 취소 등)

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 허가를 받은 것이 판명된 경우

5. 제22조의6에 따른 결격사유에 해당하는 경우. 다만, 임원 중에 같은 조 제7호에 해당하는 사람이 있는 법인의 경우 3개월 이내에 해당 임원을 개임(改任)한 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.

4. 제22조의7제3항에 따른 야생동물 영업자의 지위승계 신고를 하지 아니한 경우

5. 제22조의8에 따른 준수사항을 지키지 아니한 경우

6. 이 법을 위반하여 야생동물을 포획ㆍ수입ㆍ반입ㆍ수출ㆍ반출ㆍ양도ㆍ양수ㆍ인공증식ㆍ보관ㆍ폐사ㆍ방사한 경우
