야생생물 보호 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제68조(위탁관리 수렵장 안에서의 수렵 현황 기록 등)

① 법 제53조제1항에 따라 수렵장의 관리ㆍ운영을 위탁받은 자는 별지 제68호서식의 수렵장 운영ㆍ관리 접수대장에 해당 수렵장에서 수렵할 수 있는 동물, 수렵기간, 수렵인의 인적사항 등을 적고 이를 유지하여야 한다.

② 수렵장의 관리ㆍ운영을 위탁받은 자가 수렵장에서 포획한 야생동물을 수렵장 밖으로 반출시키려는 경우에는 그 수렵한 야생동물에 제63조제2항에 따른 수렵동물 확인표지를 붙여야 한다.

③ 수렵장의 관리ㆍ운영을 위탁받은 자는 제2항에 따른 수렵동물 확인표지의 수령 및 사용 현황을 기록ㆍ관리하여야 한다.
