Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Protection and Management of Wildlife, Article 63 (Applications for Hunting Approval)

① 법 제50조제1항에 따라 수렵승인을 받으려는 사람은 별지 제65호서식의 수렵야생동물 포획승인신청서에 수렵면허증 사본을 첨부하여 법 제42조제1항에 따라 수렵장을 설정한 자(이하 "수렵장설정자"라 한다)에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2026.5.12>

② 제1항에 따라 신청을 받은 수렵장설정자는 적합하다고 인정하면 다음 각 호의 조건을 붙여 별지 제66호서식의 수렵동물 포획승인서와 수렵동물 확인표지를 신청인에게 내주어야 한다. <개정 2014.7.17>
