액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법 제8조(저장소의 설치 허가)

① 액화석유가스 저장소를 설치하려는 자는 그 저장소마다 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 허가를 받아야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 허가받은 사항 중 산업통상부령으로 정하는 중요한 사항을 변경하려면 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 변경허가를 받아야 한다. 다만, 허가받은 사항 중 산업통상부령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하려면 그 사항을 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항 단서에 따른 변경신고를 받은 경우 그 내용을 검토하여 이 법에 적합하면 신고를 수리하여야 한다. <신설 2022.2.3>

④ 제1항에 따른 허가의 기준과 대상 범위는 대통령령으로 정하고, 액화석유가스 저장소의 시설기준과 기술기준은 산업통상부령으로 정한다. <개정 2022.2.3, 2025.10.1>

⑤ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항과 제2항에 따라 허가ㆍ변경허가 또는 변경신고가 있으면 허가한 날 또는 신고를 수리한 날부터 7일 이내에 허가ㆍ신고 사항을 그 저장소의 소재지를 관할하는 소방서장에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2022.2.3>
