액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법 제57조의2(다른 자의 토지 사용)

① 액화석유가스 배관망공급사업자는 그 사업을 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 현재의 사용방법을 방해하지 아니하는 범위에서 다른 자의 토지에 가스배관시설을 설치할 수 있다. 이 경우 액화석유가스 배관망공급사업자는 가스배관시설의 설치방법 및 존속기간 등에 대하여 미리 그 토지의 소유자 또는 점유자와 협의하여야 한다.

② 액화석유가스 배관망공급사업자는 제1항에 따라 다른 자의 토지에 가스배관시설을 설치함으로 인하여 손실이 발생한 때에는 손실을 입은 자에게 정당한 보상을 하여야 한다.
