액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법 제44조(액화석유가스 사용시설의 설치와 검사 등)

① 액화석유가스를 사용하려는 자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 시설기준과 기술기준에 맞도록 액화석유가스의 사용시설과 가스용품을 갖추어야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 가스시설시공업자는 액화석유가스를 사용하려는 자로서 산업통상부령으로 정하는 자(이하 "액화석유가스 특정사용자"라 한다)의 액화석유가스 사용시설의 설치공사나 산업통상부령으로 정하는 변경공사를 완공하면 액화석유가스 특정사용자가 그 시설을 사용하기 전에 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 완성검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 액화석유가스 특정사용자는 해당 액화석유가스 사용시설에 대하여 제2항에 따른 완성검사에 합격한 경우에만 해당 액화석유가스 사용시설을 사용할 수 있다.

(3) A어 specific스퍼시^f픽 user유저 of어^v브 liquefied리쿼^f파이드 petroleum퍼트^r로울리엄 gas개스 may메이 use유스 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 liquefied리쿼^f파이드 petroleum퍼트^r로울리엄 gas개스 use유스 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 only온리 if이^f프 they^ð데이 have해^v브 passed패스트 the^ð더 completion컴플리션 inspection인스펙션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2).

④ 액화석유가스 특정사용자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 액화석유가스 사용시설에 대하여 정기적으로 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 검사를 받아야 한다. 다만, 액화석유가스 특정사용자 중 산업통상부령으로 정하는 자의 액화석유가스 사용시설에 대하여는 정기검사를 면제할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

⑤ 제2항에 따라 완성검사를 한 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 산업통상부령으로 정하는 사항을 관할 소방서장에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

⑥ 제2항 및 제4항에 따른 완성검사 및 정기검사의 기준과 기간, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 산업통상부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

⑦ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장, 경찰서장 또는 소방서장은 액화석유가스 특정사용자가 이 법이나 이 법에 따른 명령을 위반하여 위해를 발생시킬 우려가 있다고 인정하면 액화석유가스의 사용을 일시 금지하거나 액화석유가스의 사용시설을 봉인(封印) 또는 임시 영치(領置)할 수 있다.

⑧ 가스공급자는 액화석유가스 특정사용자의 액화석유가스 사용시설에 액화석유가스를 공급하기 전에 제2항에 따른 완성검사와 제4항에 따른 정기검사를 받았는지 확인하여야 한다.

(8) Before비^f포 supplying서플라이잉 liquefied리쿼^f파이드 petroleum퍼트^r로울리엄 gas개스 to투 the^ð더 liquefied리쿼^f파이드 petroleum퍼트^r로울리엄 gas개스 use유스 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 of어^v브 a어 specific스퍼시^f픽 user유저 of어^v브 liquefied리쿼^f파이드 petroleum퍼트^r로울리엄 gas,개스 a어 gas개스 supplier서플라이어 shall섈 verify^v베^r러^f파이 that^ð댓 the^ð더 completion컴플리션 inspection인스펙션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) and앤드 the^ð더 periodic피^r리아딕 inspection인스펙션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) have해^v브 been빈 undergone.언더곤

⑨ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항 및 제4항에 따른 완성검사 및 정기검사의 결과를 공개할 수 있다. <신설 2021.6.15>
