아시아문화중심도시 조성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제37조(예산의 이월 범위)

법 제46조에 따라 다음 회계연도에 이월하여 사용할 수 있는 세출예산의 범위는 문화체육관광부장관이 회계연도의 각 단위사업비 총액의 100분의 20의 범위에서 회계연도마다 기획예산처장관과 협의하여 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2025.12.30>
