아시아문화중심도시 조성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제28조(소위원회)

①법 제29조제7항에 따른 소위원회는 분야별로 구성ㆍ운영한다.

(1) The^ð더 subcommittees서브커미티즈 under언더 Article아터클 29 (7) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 and앤드 operated아퍼^r레이티드 by바이 field.^f필드

②소위원회는 7명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) A어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 seven세^v븐 members.멤버즈

③소위원회의 위원은 조성위원회의 위원 중에서 조성위원회 위원장이 지명하고, 소위원회 위원장은 소위원회의 위원 중에서 호선한다.

(3) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 a어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Creation크^r리에이션 Committee커미티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Creation크^r리에이션 Committee,커미티 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 subcommittee.서브커미티

④제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 정한 것 외에 소위원회의 구성과 운영에 필요한 사항은 조성위원회가 정한다.

(4) Except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 paragraphs패^r러그^r래^f프스 (1) through^θ쓰^r루 (3), matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 composition캄퍼지션 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 subcommittees서브커미티즈 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð더 Creation크^r리에이션 Committee.커미티
