Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Creation of the Asian Culture Hub City, Article 20 (Recognition of Investment Shares in the Cultural Industry)

①법 제25조제1항에 따른 아시아문화산업투자조합(이하 "투자조합"이라 한다)은 다음 각 호의 요건을 갖추어야 한다. <개정 2015.1.6>

(1) An앤 Asian에이전 cultural컬처^r럴 industry인더스트^r리 investment인^v베스트먼트 association어소우시에이션 under언더 Article아터클 25 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 an앤 "investment인^v베스트먼트 association")어소우시에이션 shall섈 meet밋 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 requirements:^r리콰이어먼츠

1. 출자금 총액이 5억원 이상일 것

2. 유한책임조합원의 수가 50명 이하일 것

3. 업무집행조합원의 출자지분이 출자금 총액의 100분의 1 이상일 것

②투자조합이 법 제25조제2항에 따라 투자분(投資分)으로 인정을 받으려는 경우에는 투자조합 자산의 100분의 50 이상을 문화산업에 투자하여야 한다.

③투자조합의 업무 집행 조합원은 법 제25조제2항에 따라 투자분으로 인정을 받으려는 경우에는 투자분 인정신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 문화체육관광부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>

④문화체육관광부장관은 제3항에 따른 신청을 받은 경우에는 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 사항을 확인한 후 15일 이내에 투자분 인정서를 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>
