아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제39조(보고와 의견 제출 등)

① 법원은 제36조제1항제4호부터 제8호까지의 규정에 따른 보호처분을 결정한 경우에는 보호관찰관 또는 수탁기관의 장에게 아동학대행위자에 관한 보고서 또는 의견서 제출을 요구할 수 있고, 그 집행에 대하여 필요한 지시를 할 수 있다.

② 보호관찰관 또는 수탁기관의 장은 제1항의 경우 외에도 아동학대행위자가 제36조제1항제4호부터 제8호까지의 규정에 따른 보호처분을 이행하지 아니하거나 그 집행에 따르지 아니하는 경우에는 보호처분의 이행 실태에 대한 보고서 또는 의견서를 법원에 제출하여야 한다.
