실험동물에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조(위원회의 회의 등)

① 위원장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Resolutions^r레절루션즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 on안 the^ð더 register.^r레지스터

③ 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 매년 2회 이상 소집하여야 하고, 그 회의록을 작성하여 3년 이상 보존하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 at앳 least리스트 twice트와이스 a어 year,이어 and앤드 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 and앤드 retain^r리테인 the^ð더 minutes미닛츠 for^f포 at앳 least리스트 three^θ쓰^r리 years.이어즈

④ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
