Enforcement Decree of the Laboratory Animal Act, Article 4 (Composition, etc. of the Laboratory Animal Management Committee)

① 법 제7조제3항제3호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자격요건에 해당하는 사람"이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 말한다. <개정 2016.5.3>

③ 법 제7조제1항에 따른 실험동물운영위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)에는 법 제7조제3항제1호부터 제3호까지의 규정에 해당하는 위원이 각각 1명 이상 포함되어야 하고, 다음 각 호에 해당하는 위원은 해당 동물실험시설에 종사하지 아니하고 해당 동물실험시설과 이해관계가 없는 사람이어야 한다. <개정 2016.5.3, 2018.5.29>
