실종아동등의 보호 및 지원에 관한 법률 제2조(정의)

1. "아동등"이란 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 말한다.

3. "보호자"란 친권자, 후견인이나 그 밖에 다른 법률에 따라 아동등을 보호하거나 부양할 의무가 있는 사람을 말한다. 다만, 제4호의 보호시설의 장 또는 종사자는 제외한다.

4. "보호시설"이란 「사회복지사업법」 제2조제4호에 따른 사회복지시설 및 인가ㆍ신고 등이 없이 아동등을 보호하는 시설로서 사회복지시설에 준하는 시설을 말한다.

5. "유전자검사"란 개인 식별(識別)을 목적으로 혈액ㆍ머리카락ㆍ침 등의 검사대상물로부터 유전자를 분석하는 행위를 말한다.
