실내공기질 관리법 제5조(실내공기질 유지기준 등)

①다중이용시설의 소유자등은 다중이용시설 내부의 쾌적한 공기질을 유지하기 위한 기준에 맞게 시설을 관리하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.22>

②제1항에 따른 공기질 유지기준은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정한다. 이 경우 어린이, 노인, 임산부 등 오염물질에 노출될 경우 건강피해 우려가 큰 취약계층이 주로 이용하는 다중이용시설로서 대통령령으로 정하는 시설과 미세먼지 등 대통령령으로 정하는 오염물질에 대하여는 더욱 엄격한 공기질 유지기준을 정하여야 한다. <개정 2019.4.2, 2020.5.26, 2025.10.1>

③시ㆍ도는 지역환경의 특수성을 고려하여 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 그 시ㆍ도의 조례로 제1항에 따른 공기질 유지기준보다 엄격하게 해당 시ㆍ도에 적용할 공기질 유지기준을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2010.5.25, 2013.6.12, 2020.5.26>
