신항만건설 촉진법 제14조(시설의 귀속 등)

① 신항만건설사업으로 조성되거나 설치된 토지 및 시설의 귀속과 총사업비의 산정 및 시설의 사용에 관하여는 「항만법」에서 정하는 바에 따른다.

② 사업시행자가 「사회기반시설에 대한 민간투자법」에 따른 민간투자사업의 시행자인 경우 신항만건설사업으로 조성되거나 설치되는 토지 및 시설의 귀속과 총사업비의 산정 및 시설의 사용에 관하여는 제1항에도 불구하고 같은 법에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
