신탁법 제29조(신탁재산의 귀속 추정)

① 신탁재산과 고유재산 간에 귀속관계를 구분할 수 없는 경우 그 재산은 신탁재산에 속한 것으로 추정한다.

② 서로 다른 신탁재산 간에 귀속관계를 구분할 수 없는 경우 그 재산은 각 신탁재산 간에 균등하게 귀속된 것으로 추정한다.
