신탁법 제140조(신탁사채권자집회의 대표자 등의 특별배임죄)

신탁사채권자집회의 대표자 또는 그 결의를 집행하는 사람이 그 임무에 위배한 행위로써 재산상의 이익을 취하거나 제3자로 하여금 이를 취득하게 하여 신탁사채권자에게 손해를 가한 경우에는 7년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
