신탁법 제14조(수탁자의 사임에 의한 임무 종료)

① 수탁자는 신탁행위로 달리 정한 바가 없으면 수익자와 위탁자의 승낙 없이 사임할 수 없다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 수탁자는 정당한 이유가 있는 경우 법원의 허가를 받아 사임할 수 있다.
