신탁법 제13조(신탁행위로 정한 수탁자의 임무 종료)

① 신탁행위로 정한 수탁자의 임무 종료 사유가 발생하거나 수탁자가 신탁행위로 정한 특정한 자격을 상실한 경우 수탁자의 임무는 종료된다.

② 제1항에 따라 임무가 종료된 수탁자는 즉시 수익자에게 그 사실을 통지하여야 한다.
